Refund policy
This refund policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service
that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional Conditions:
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products bought during sale or with any coupon or discount code are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Once we receive your product at our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC). After verifying your parcel from our side, we will process your request.
Disclaimer: Model images are only representative. Slight variation in colour, fabric & work is possible due to lighting & flash during the photoshoot.
Note: Decoration material like tassels, purse, jewellery, and any other accessory showing in the image are not included with the product. Always check the description before purchase.
Note: Any dispute arising between the parties will be settled in Surat Court. Subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
